Helen Dawkins is a minor character in Beyond: Two Souls, she was the wife of Nathan Dawkins, and the mother of Laura Dawkins.

Helen was born on March 17, 1963, at some point in her life, she married Nathan, and nine months later, she gave birth their first and only daughter, Laura.
Helen and her daughter Laura, were killed in a car accident due to a drunk driver, when Jodie was still a little girl. She and Laura make an appearance in a total of three chapters Hauntings, First Night, and Black Sun. In the former two, she and Laura will encounter Jodie and eventually guide her to Nathan's office, where he grieves for them with a bottle of alcohol. Jodie then channels both her and Laura in an attempt to console Nathan of their deaths.
In the chapter Black Sun, where Nathan reveals he's been keeping them trapped for his own selfish reasons, she speaks through Jodie to plead with him to let them be in peace. Later, should Nathan shoot himself while in the condenser, he will reunite with them, and the three will fade away in a shower of particles.
